These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the free student registration website and mobile app operated by Gventure Technology (“Gventure”, “we”, “us”) as the digital marketing partner for ZARMED University. By creating an account, verifying your phone, uploading documents, or submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who does what
- ZARMED University(Republic of Uzbekistan) is the Official Degree Awarding Institution & Campus Infrastructure Provider for the MBBS programme.
- Apollo MedSkills is the University’s academic partner for pathways such as ZAAP (Zarmed Apollo MedSkills). Apollo is a widely recognised name in Indian hospitals and healthcare education. For the admissions journey started on this portal, your application and supporting documents are processed for counselling and academic onboarding in partnership with Apollo MedSkills — so students and parents know their data is handled in a trusted healthcare-education ecosystem, not sold as a lead list.
- GVantage is the management partner of the University.
- Gventure Technology runs this registration technology and digital marketing. Gventure does not provide or award MBBS and is not the university.
2. Free registration — what this portal is (and is not)
Creating an account and submitting interest here is free (₹0). Registration collects your identity and academic documents so the University and Apollo MedSkills can counsel you and progress your admission. Registration on this portal does not by itself guarantee admission, a seat, visa, travel, hostel allotment, or any exam outcome (including FMGE / NExT / USMLE / UKMLA). Tuition and partner fees, when due, are communicated by the University or authorised collection partners and are not collected inside this registration portal or app.
3. One person, one identity — anti-impersonation rules
We designed registration to stop people from copying or hijacking someone else’s identity. You agree that:
- One Google / email account per student. Each email address may be used for only one registration. You cannot register again with an email that is already linked to another student account. Do not use another person’s Gmail or school email.
- Mobile number must be yours — and verified. Your phone number is verified with a missed-call / OTP challenge before registration can proceed. A number that is already verified on another account cannot be reused to create a fake or duplicate identity. Do not use a parent’s, friend’s, or agent’s number as if it were yours unless that number is genuinely under your control for OTP delivery.
- Documents must belong to you. NEET scorecards, mark sheets, passport pages, and photographs must be genuine documents of the registering student. Uploading another person’s documents, edited PDFs, or forged files is prohibited and may lead to rejection, account suspension, and reporting to the University / Apollo MedSkills admissions team.
- Name consistency. The name on your Google account, phone verification, and uploaded documents should reasonably match. Material mismatches may pause counselling until you correct them.
Attempts to create multiple accounts, recycle emails or phone numbers, or spoof another applicant are treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
4. Accurate information & documents
You agree to provide accurate personal details and clear, readable documents. You may start with your NEET scorecard (required to complete registration). Class 12th mark sheet, passport, and photograph may be added when you are ready; some items are optional at first registration and can be completed later as admissions request them. You remain responsible for keeping details up to date.
5. Sharing with Apollo MedSkills & partners (admissions use only)
When you tick the partner-sharing consent at registration, you authorise Gventure to share your application profile, verified contact details, and uploaded documents with ZARMED University, Apollo MedSkills, and GVantage strictly for admissions counselling, academic pathway guidance (including Apollo-linked teaching / FMGE–NExT coaching where applicable), and related onboarding. Apollo MedSkills’ role as academic partner is why many families trust this pathway: application data is used for a structured healthcare-education admission process, not for unrelated marketing lists. 6. Acceptable use
- Use the portal only for genuine MBBS admission interest for yourself.
- Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not upload malware or unlawful content.
- Do not impersonate another student, counsellor, University staff member, or Apollo / Gventure representative.
We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these rules, fail identity checks, or abuse OTP / missed-call verification.
7. No professional or immigration advice
Content on this portal (fees summaries, process steps, FAQs, AI assistant replies) is general information about the published programme. It is not legal, immigration, visa, or medical advice. Always confirm fee schedules, seat availability, and deadlines with authorised University / Apollo MedSkills counselling channels before paying any fee outside this portal.
8. Intellectual property
Portal design, copy, and branding on this site are owned by Gventure or licensed partners. University, Apollo MedSkills, and GVantage names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe the admissions partnership.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gventure is not liable for admission decisions, visa outcomes, travel disruptions, third-party bank transfers, or University / partner fee policies. The portal is provided “as is” for free registration and document collection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms when the programme, partners, or verification rules change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
