1. About this brochure

This guide summarises the approved Student Admission & Onboarding Process for Academic Session 2026–2027. It helps Indian students understand registration, documents, the 12-step pathway, and indicative fees. It does not replace your official admission letter or counsellor instructions.

2. Eligibility (summary)

• Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent qualification (PCB as per University & Indian norms)
• NEET scorecard where applicable (mandatory for Indian students)
• Passport (front & back) — may be submitted after the admission letter if not available at registration
• Passport-size photograph (white background) — may be submitted after the admission letter

3. Documents to submit

Upload the following on the Gventure student portal for verification:

• NEET score card (NTA PDF preferred, required)
• Class 12th / 10+2 mark sheet (optional at registration)
• Passport — Front (photo page, optional — under More options / after admission letter)
• Passport — Back (address / observation page, optional)
• Passport-size photograph — plain white background (optional)

Additional documents may be requested by the Principal Parties or ZARMED University if needed.

4. Admission & onboarding process (12 steps)

The following process is followed while promoting, processing, and coordinating admissions for the programme:

1. Step 1 — Student Registration — Register free on the Gventure student portal (Google + mobile OTP).
2. Step 2 — Submission of Documents — Upload your NEET scorecard first (required). Class 12th mark sheet is optional for now. Passport and passport-size photo can be added later after the admission letter.
3. Step 3 — Document Verification — Admissions team verifies documents and approves the application.
4. Step 4 — Issuance of Admission Letter — ZARMED University issues the official admission letter with payment instructions.
5. Step 5 — Payment of Tuition Fee — Pay annual tuition USD 3,000 directly to ZARMED University.
6. Step 6 — Payment to GVantage — One-time support package USD 4,000 + hostel as selected + food package USD 1,600 (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
   • One-time admission & student support package: USD 4,000 (one-time)
   • Hostel: USD 800 / year (6+ occupancy) · USD 1,200 (4-seater) · USD 2,400 (2-seater)
   • Food — breakfast, lunch & dinner: USD 1,600 / year (included; breakfast not optional)
7. Step 7 — Clinical Establishment / FMGE–NExT Coaching — Pay USD 500 per annum to Apollo MedSkills Limited.
8. Step 8 — Admission Confirmation — Receive confirmation with travel and further onboarding instructions.
9. Step 9 — Visa Processing — GVantage coordinates invitation letter, visa docs, and pre-departure guidance.
10. Step 10 — Travel to Uzbekistan — Book travel after visa; share itinerary for airport reception.
11. Step 11 — Arrival & Student Onboarding — Airport reception, hostel, university & police registration, orientation.

2. Verify mobile with OTP
3. Upload required: NEET scorecard (Class 12th, passport & photo optional)
