This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and personal data collected through the ZARMED University Admissions mobile app and registration portal, operated by Gventure Technology as the digital marketing partner for ZARMED University.
How to request deletion
Email info@zarmeduniversity.com or marketing@gventure.net from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account & Data Deletion Request”. Please include the name and mobile number you registered with so we can verify your identity. You may also call +91-9484952765.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including your name, email address, Google profile photo, mobile number, academic preferences, and any documents you uploaded or captured for verification.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited subset of data where required to comply with legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, or where the data has already been shared with ZARMED University or Apollo MedSkills for an admission you actively pursued. Such retained data is kept only for as long as legally necessary and is then deleted.
Timeframe
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
